We have become a tea drinking family!

Cali still resists most of the time but the rest of us are chai-a-holics!

I came upstairs and found her just like this. 

It looks like she laid down and never moved.

Misty and I had a girls night out with several other friends which neither of us ever do.

It was really fun. 

Thankfully her husband Jeremy was willing to drive us all home 'cause lord knows I couldn't have!

With all the problems we were having with flooding and fallen trees (still left over from last year's storm)

Scott decided he would do some yard work.

That was a big 'ole machine!

The big tree stump is now gone!

Annie and I went to Wal-Mart today. 

Christmas stuff is already on the shelves.

When Cori and Cassi were little we would take them to walk around Kmart at 

Christmas time to get exercise.

As much as Annie liked the things we saw today, it might work for her too! :)

Annie had more fun than it would appear.

Cori and her friends dressed up for pajama day.

It's great that she is staying involved her first year of high school.

She is having fun and its really fun to watch.

That is my Baby driving that car in front of me. Ahhh!

I can barely stand it. She doesn't really have her drivers license yet 

however I just needed her help getting a car to the airport for my sister to pick up.

I went ahead and let her drive, I had no idea it would freak me out so badly.

I went down to the crawl space this afternoon and found this.

The entire crawl space was flooded.

It was about a foot and a half deep and all the totes were dumped over and full of water.

Cali came running into the house tonight and said, "Mom, get your camera!"

We didn't even make it to the beach,

 this was taken right across the street from the house, looking over the trees!

She was right though, definitely camera worthy!

Driving across the bridge I saw the sunshine poking through the clouds in the strangest way.

It was like heaven was determined to get through somehow.

It was inspiring.

I remember liking them too, when I was a kid.

She is doing so well in school, maybe this has something to do with it.

The best way to end her birthday, for me anyway, snuggles with my 15 year old.

I hope, hope, hope, she is never to old to snuggle with her Momma!

Having had torrential amounts of rain lately,

Cali looked at this puddle outside her school

and said "Doesn't that make you just want to jump in it until your underwear are soaking wet!"

I told her to go for it.

Of course she wouldn't do it once I told her to.

We did go back later when no one was looking!

Just scrubbed the floor on my hands and knees.

Now I'm drying it by scooting all around the floor with my trusty drying towel.

Cori was so excited about these shoes.

I told her we used to call these bobo shoes.

Do you know these shoes are $40.00 for cheap white tennis shoes. Crazy!

This day was Super Hero day at the high school.
