Cassi leaves her lunchboxes at school all the time. 

I finally reminded her to grab them; there were 5!

We made this "All About Me" poster for Cassi when she was in preschool.

While we were cleaning out the back room we noticed it had seen better days.

She decided to pull off all the photos but before she did it she took several pictures of it to remember it.

Cassi and Cali made a snow machine track around the yard and and through the trees. 

Cassi just looks like she knows what she is doing, doesn't she? Cali too. 

They both did really well and handled their machines with confidence! 

 Cori went out too but decided school work was more her speed for the day.

A few years ago I told my kids about this new thing called planking. 

They acted like I was crazy and thought it was the dumbest thing they had ever heard of.

Now, all of a sudden, they think it's so cool!

I talked Cassi into plankin' at the WalMart- it was pretty funny.

All day shopping makes us girls hungry...I didn't say we'd would eat nutritiously.

Grandpa is always trying something new. 

This year he put stuffing in a light weight terry cloth towel and cooked it in the turkey.

It was confusing to everyone and he found that quite funny. I love, love, love this picture of my Daddy laughing. 

It's a memory I hope to have my whole life long!

Cori asks, "Who is Jennifer Hatch?"  "I don't know", I said. 

"Well, your walking around in her name tag."

I am guessing it was a you had to be there moment but it sure was funny. 

We wear these name tags at school when we volunteer and I hardly ever wear mine- 

much to the chagrin of the administration. 

I guess even when I get it right, it's wrong! :)

Cali wanted to take a treat to her class on the day we were doing Turkey crafts with her classmates.

This turned out so cute and she was able to make all the feathers by herself.

Grandpa and I went shopping for Thanksgiving. We found these brussel sprouts on a stalk.

I didn't know that's how they grew. Crazy stuff.

Cali and were finally able to do some crafting. We recycled a newspaper to make this darling tree.

The day after the storm and the trees are still bending. I am afraid this one may never be the same.

We had a horrible wind storm. I moved the cars back a bit in the driveway- afraid of a falling tree.

I was trying to show you the 50-75 mph winds but you can't really see it here.

This my friends is how my daughter's little mind works. 

She said "Mom, I am working on a project that needs a lot of tape.

 I decided to put them on my face to make it easier to get a piece when I need it."

 Umm, ok Sweety, great idea!  :)

I take a lot of pictures of us by stretching my hand out.  It's a big joke that I never like the first one as I have a double chin. Today I said, "Wait, lets take another one." then I lifted the camera above us.

We both burst out laughing as we knew there would be no double chin. <3

We had a tree crush our shed outside when we had the really bad wind storms.

Scott dug around and found a box of his beer cans that had gotten crushed.  

After unwrapping them all over the kitchen it appears most of them survived the tree fairly well,

 but looking at all the rest it's evident that outside in a box probably isn't the best place to store them. :(

Cori's leadership class encouraged all the students to dress to represent a veteran. 

The girls did well; Cori dressed in Scott's flight jacket that once belonged to his Uncle Bob and Cassi wore Scott's TILLMAN jersey. 

I think it was a proud moment for Scott.

I would not buy these shoes for her so she pulled the "I have money left from Grandma" card 

and therefor we left the store with them!
